This Refund & Return Policy explains our return procedures, refund options, product guarantees, and your rights as a customer.

We proudly serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and other international markets.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

  • Wrong Color or Product Variation: Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free exchange of an eligible product variation. No return required.

  • Missing Pieces: Contact us within 30 days for free replacement pieces or an appropriate resolution. No return required.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: Contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund. No return required.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled free of charge before dispatch.

1. Our 30-Day Build & Play Satisfaction Guarantee

At BrickRange, your satisfaction is our priority.

We understand that choosing the perfect building set is important. Whether you're buying for yourself, your family, or as a gift, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your building set within 30 days of delivery, simply contact our support team.

Under our satisfaction guarantee, we'll provide a full refund of the product price, and you won't need to send the product back.

How to claim your guarantee:

Email support@brick-range.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • The name of the product.

  • A brief explanation of your experience.

Our 30-Day Build & Play Satisfaction Guarantee applies once per customer and per order.

This voluntary guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory consumer rights.

2. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you generally have the legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us by emailing support@brick-range.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return your items.

You may open the packaging and reasonably inspect your building set, just as you would be permitted to examine a product in a physical store.

However, if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind purchases, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and any standard outbound delivery charge in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products remain unaffected.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Other International Customers)

For customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union, BrickRange voluntarily accepts change-of-mind return requests made within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable local consumer laws.

To qualify under this voluntary return policy:

  • The product must be unused.

  • All original building pieces and accessories must be included.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and sealed.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

These conditions do not restrict any mandatory rights customers may have under their local consumer protection laws or our separate 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

4. Wrong Color or Product Variation

Ordered the wrong color or variation of a building set?

We understand that mistakes happen.

If you accidentally select the wrong eligible color or variation of the same product, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a free exchange for an available equivalent variation.

No return is required.

Please email support@brick-range.com with your order number and the variation you would like to receive.

If the requested variation is unavailable, our support team will help you find a suitable solution.

5. Missing Pieces or Incomplete Building Sets

We want every BrickRange customer to enjoy a complete and enjoyable building experience.

If your building set arrives with missing pieces, missing accessories, or incomplete components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll arrange free replacement pieces or another appropriate solution.

You will not need to return your existing building set.

To help us identify the missing components, please provide your order number and, if available, a photo of the product or the missing-piece reference from the instruction manual.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if missing pieces or incomplete components are discovered after this 30-day period.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your BrickRange order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, according to your preference under our voluntary 30-day policy.

No return is required.

To report an issue, email support@brick-range.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the problem.

  • A photo of the affected item, if available.

There are no additional shipping charges for replacement products supplied under this policy.

Your legal rights: This 30-day policy does not limit any longer rights available under applicable law. UK customers may have additional remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU customers are protected by applicable statutory conformity guarantees, generally lasting at least two years.

7. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Email support@brick-range.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Our customer support team will reply within 1–2 business days with the appropriate return address and instructions.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Carefully package the product and include all required components.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Please contact us before shipping a return so we can provide the correct return destination. This does not limit your legal right to notify us of a cancellation by any permitted clear statement.

Our registered business address is not a product return facility.

8. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds under our voluntary satisfaction guarantee will be processed within 14 days of approval.

For eligible UK and EU statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. Where goods must be returned, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.

For other eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or acceptable proof of return, as applicable.

Where required by law, refunds for canceled orders will include the cost of standard outbound delivery. Additional costs for premium or express delivery are generally not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to display the refund.

9. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may cancel your BrickRange order free of charge before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@brick-range.com.

Please include your order number and cancellation request.

If your order has already shipped, the applicable return and cancellation procedures described above will apply.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or original payment method.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If your refund is still missing, email support@brick-range.com.
